Has my order shipped?

How do I track my order?
When an order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.

My order never arrived.
First check your tracking number to see if the order was delivered and the order status with the shipper. If you have problems with the shipper contact Fast Wax at info@skifastwax.com or by phone at 651-470-5241

 

An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my backorder arrive?
If an item is backorder Fast Wax will contact you with your options before shipping the order incomplete.

How do I create an account?
On the upper right corner of the Home page is a black tab (Dealer & Customer Account) Click this tap and it will take you to the New Customers page with the Creat an Account Tap. Click this tab and follow the instuructions to set up your Login Information

How do I edit my account information?
Log into your account and you can edit your page

 

How much is my shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. On orders over $100 shipping is Free. Standard shipping on all orders is USPS Priority 2-3 day delivery. The Priority Express 1 day delivery is an option at an added cost, again calculated at checkout.

 

I forgot my password.
At login you can request a new password and the system will email you a new password.
