We skied the course today from the
start to 394, it is in exceptional condition. The fastest combination was
the universal grind, soft ski and either the HSF-20 Tan or the
HSF 30 Salmon top coated with the Flite
Speed Additive.
If it gets down around 10 to 15 to
night the HSF 20 Tan will be better especially in the first few waves.
If it stay warmer the HSF 30 Salmon will have slight edge --both worked
well the differences are minor.
In either case the key is ski flex
and structure, the more aggressive grinds were not as good as the universal
-- no added structure needed.
